SweatHouz is a premium wellness studio offering private infrared saunas, cold plunges, and vitamin-C showers in a calm, elevated environment. Our studio is thoughtfully designed, client-focused, and team-oriented — and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in keeping beautiful spaces spotless. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a luxurious, wellness-focused setting , values presentation and cleanliness, and thrives as part of a close-knit team. About the Role As a Cleaner / Studio Support team member, you’ll work closely with our Sales Associates and Studio Manager to maintain an immaculate studio environment. While this is not a client-facing role, you will be working around members throughout the day, so professionalism, communication, and presentation matter. This is not a warehouse or industrial cleaning job — it’s about maintaining a peaceful, high-end space where guests come to relax and recharge. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize private suites, restrooms, and showers to high standards Deep clean infrared saunas and cold plunges Maintain cleanliness of common areas (lobby, hallways, staff areas) Handle laundry (towels and linens) as needed Empty trash and restock supplies Follow studio cleaning standards, procedures, and safety protocols Communicate any maintenance or supply needs to the Studio Manager Work collaboratively alongside Sales Associates during operating hours Schedule Full-time: approximately 40 hours per week Must have flexibility to work midday and evenings on weekdays, and midday shifts on weekends Requirements Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Clear communication skills Reliable and punctual Comfortable being on your feet and performing light physical tasks Cleaning experience preferred but not required Why Work at SweatHouz?
