Role Summary and Impact As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across LATAM and with regional and global stakeholders to strengthen priority client relationships and create sustainable growth. We are looking for a Client Director who will: Own the growth agenda for assigned clients, identifying, qualifying and advancing opportunities that expand the relationship and create sustainable value. Develop a strong understanding of each client’s business priorities and connect them with the most relevant capabilities across WPP Media and the GOC. Build trusted relationships with senior client, regional and global stakeholders, acting as the principal GOC partner for strategic conversations, relationship health and value creation. Represent the voice of the client within the GOC, translating business priorities and feedback into clear direction for the appropriate teams. Mobilize Delivery, capability and leadership teams around client opportunities, using commercial judgment and influence rather than direct reporting authority. Align client ambition with operational feasibility, working with Delivery leaders to protect quality, capacity and existing commitments. Lead the executive engagement narrative for assigned clients, demonstrating the business value, capabilities and impact delivered by the GOC. Anticipate relationship and retention risks, coordinating senior responses to strategic, scope or expectation-related escalations. Skills and Experience If this opportunity looks right for you, we are looking for candidates who have: 12+ years of relevant experience in senior client leadership, account management, consulting, media, marketing services or a comparable client-facing environment. Proven success retaining, developing and growing complex regional or global client relationships. Strong commercial judgment and experience identifying, qualifying and advancing growth opportunities. Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and mobilize matrixed teams without direct authority. Executive-level communication, negotiation and storytelling skills. English proficiency at C1 level or above.
