Red Plains Veterinary Emergency + Referral is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and customer-focused Swing/Overnight Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced veterinary environment and enjoys providing exceptional service to clients during evening and overnight hours. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming experience while supporting our doctors and technical staff in delivering outstanding patient care. Provide friendly, quality customer care to patients and clients Process invoices payments Answer phones, schedule appointments, and obtain all necessary medical history Determine the status of the patient’s immunizations and tests Communicate with the doctor and technical staff on the patient’s arrival and necessary treatments Fill prescript
