Key Responsibilities Assist the Pastry Chef and senior pastry team in daily production. Prepare and measure ingredients accurately according to recipes. Assist in preparing pastries, cakes, breads, desserts, creams, fillings, and other bakery products. Support basic pastry preparation such as mixing, whipping, piping, moulding, decorating, and baking. Maintain consistency in taste, texture, appearance, and portion size.
