About the Role: As a Documents Compliance Analyst, you own the compliance decisions behind whether a healthcare professional is cleared to work: background check disqualifications, credential and risk review, and how new state requirements get implemented; The same categories of questions arrive every week, alongside state license renewals and reporting that run on a fixed calendar and never finish; Build and maintain the decision record that lets other people reach the same conclusion you would Recurring compliance operations Own the credential verification audits Plan and drive the implementation of high-value requirements, such as continuing education State license renewals Ongoing state reporting Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; You own recurring work with hard deadlines, such as license renewals and state reporting
