The role involves hands-on responsibility across GIFT City/IFSC regulatory compliance, Stock Broking compliances, corporate secretarial matters, fundraising and transaction execution, and legal documentation. The position requires close coordination with senior management, legal counsel, practising CS firms, lenders, debenture trustees, investors and other advisors, with end-to-end ownership of matters from initial discussions and term sheets through documentation, approvals, execution, regulatory filings and closure, rather than being limited to routine compliance activities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Ensure timely compliance with applicable IFSCA, AIF and fund management regulations, including regulatory filings, disclosures, returns, registers and other requirements. Maintain the compliance calendar and regulatory tracker and monitor regulatory changes and their impact on the business. Coordinate with IFS
