Job Title: Consultant Psychiatrist – Adult Psychiatry Grade: Consultant Location: Harlow, Essex Working Hours: 40 hours per week Rate: Competitive — details to be discussed upon application We are seeking an experienced Consultant Psychiatrist in Adult Psychiatry to join our NHS client in Harlow, Essex. This locum vacancy is available for an immediate start on a short-term contract. Key Responsibilities • Deliver expert psychiatric care within inpatient and Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) settings • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised treatment plans • Act as the Responsible Clinician (RC) • Hold Section 12 and Approved Clinician (AC) approval • Ensure compliance with all legal obligations under the Mental Health Act (MHA) • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high standards of care Qualifications & Experience • Full GMC licence to practis
