Role Overview We're looking for a CRM & Retention Marketing Manager to own the end-to-end customer lifecycle - from onboarding and KYC through activation, funding, engagement, retention, and win-back. You'll work closely with Product, Growth, and Data teams to build automated journeys, optimise customer communication, and improve activation and customer lifetime value.
