Your role: Manage the end-to-end B2B collections process for an assigned portfolio of customers across Latin America, from invoice follow-up through payment and account resolution. Proactively contact corporate customers regarding outstanding balances, secure payment commitments, and follow up on promises to pay. Monitor aging and delinquent accounts, identify accounts at risk, and take appropriate collection actions to reduce overdue balances.
