Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field Experience Senior: 8+ years in program or project management for industrial automation, capital equipment, or manufacturing supplier launches Mid: 4+ years in the same fields Experience launching equipment or systems into OEM or large manufacturer plants, including gate reviews and customer acceptance Experience coordinating engineering teams, suppliers, and customer IT or security onboarding Familiarity with automotive launch processes such as APQP (preferred) Experience working with overseas engineering teams across time zones (preferred) PMP or equivalent certification (preferred) Skills & Competencies Schedule and milestone discipline with clear written status reporting Confident customer facing communication, including delivering difficult schedule and scope news Strong organization across multiple workstreams and stakeholders Frequent domestic travel to customer sites #LI-DR1 Recruiting Range $80,000 — $115,000 USD Benefits Offered Full-Time Employees: No-cost employee premiums for you and your eligible dependents for competitive medical, dental, vision and prescription benefits.
