Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and service-oriented Customer Service & Reservations Associate to support client inquiries and assist with reservation coordination. This role focuses on delivering timely support, managing requests, and ensuring all details are handled accurately to create a smooth and positive client experience. This is a fully remote position ideal for individuals who are organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries related to services, scheduling, and reservations

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and reservation details
  • Monitor timelines to ensure all requests are completed efficiently
