Strong comfort with numbers — funnels, unit economics, cohort metrics, and budget management — and the ability to turn data into decisions. Proven track record of running multiple programs or projects in parallel with tight timelines and high visibility. Excellent written communication, with the ability to produce concept notes, curriculum outlines, speaker briefs, and founder-facing reports. Strong stakeholder management skills — comfortable working with founders, CXOs, operators, investors, faculty, and internal teams. A systems mindset: bias for documentation, SOPs, automation, and process improvement over repeated firefighting. Genuine interest in the D2C and consumer brand ecosystem; prior exposure to cohort-based learning, accelerators, or founder communities is a strong plus. Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, Notion, Asana, and modern productivity and analytics tools; familiarity with LMS, CRM, and marketing automation platforms is preferred.
