Data Analyst Role : Full-time, on-site 4 days/week (1 day remote) Location : Etobicoke, Ontario (Airport area) Comp : $70,000-$80,000 base + bonus + benefits About Us A profitable, privately owned, growing B2B company in the industrial space. How We Work Data should drive decisions, not sit in dashboards. This role reports to the Director of IT and works across Finance, Sales, and Marketing to provide visibility into performance and help guide decision-making. You’ll own reporting and analytics across the business, building dashboards, working with large datasets, and partnering with stakeholders to understand what’s driving results. Qualification
3–5+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or similar roles Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field Strong understanding of business metrics (revenue, sales performance, margins, etc.) Experience working with ERP systems or internal business tools Strong communication skills with non-technical stakeholders Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Bonus Points: Experience with Snowflake, PostgreSQL, or Azure-based environments Experience with data pipeline tools (e.g., FiveTran) Exposure to Power Automate or workflow automation tools Experience in distribution, logistics, or product-based businesses Exposure to pricing, margin, or sales analytics Perks: This role includes Health and Dental benefits + an Annual Bonus Plan Equal opportunity employer.
