Job description

Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical data analyst to build dashboards, reports, and analytics that drive business decisions across our operations. You'll work with SQL, BI tools, and cross-functional teams to deliver insights on collections efficiency, payment operations, and customer metrics. Key Responsibilities Core Analytics & Reporting Build and maintain dashboards and reports for Collections, Payments, Customer Onboarding, and Risk teams Create KPI tracking systems for daily/weekly/monthly reporting on collection status, payment success rates, and funnel metrics Develop automated reporting solutions to replace manual processes and reduce operational overhead Provide ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions and identify trends Data Quality & Integration Own data quality across key systems (Collections, Payments, CRM, Payment Gateways) Audit and reco
