Toast Advertising is a restaurant advertising tool that lets Toast customers launch and manage Google and Meta campaigns from within the Toast platform. It is built for US restaurants that want to reach new guests, drive traffic to owned channels like online ordering, catering and events, and Toast Tables, and track return on ad spend without using separate ad tools or spreadsheets. Within Toast’s suite, it connects marketing performance to ordering, reservations, catering, and in-store sales data. We’re looking for a Software Engineering Manager to help lead our efforts to build a true demand generation engine for our customers. In this role, you’ll guide a team delivering high-impact features that directly impact one of the fastest growing products in Toast’s history. You’ll be responsible not just for what the team builds, but how it builds—driving clarity, improving execution, and maintaining a high bar for quality.
