About the Role The Senior Engagement Manager will play a strategic leadership role within the BCS Pharma Group, driving growth, delivery excellence, and capability building across pharmaceutical and life sciences engagements. This role combines client leadership, solutioning, practice development, and program ownership to help scale the pharma consulting and analytics practice. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor (beyond expert -only) to clients, lead high-impact engagements, contribute to pre-sales and proposal development, and build reusable assets, solutions, and thought leadership for the organization.
