Job Title: Day Center Aide – Personal Care & Participant Support • Client: PACE at Hudson Headwaters • Location: Glens Falls, NY • Nearby areas: Queensbury, South Glens Falls, Hudson Falls, Fort Edward, Lake George, Saratoga Springs, Ballston Spa, Wilton, Moreau, Gansevoort, Corinth, Warrensburg, Granville, Whitehall, Schuylerville, Greenwich, Argyle, Salem • Pay: $21.50 per hour • Schedule: Full-Time • Monday–Friday • 8:00 AM–4:30 PM • No weekends • Non-exempt • About the role: Provide hands-on participant support and assist older adults throughout the day center with mobility, supervision, activities, meals, and appointment escorts to help maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.
