About the Role As a Renewal Manager, you'll own the commercial success of your book of business, taking a proactive, 12-month approach to renewal planning, customer value, stakeholder alignment, and negotiation. You'll be accountable for the end-to-end renewal lifecycle, from early strategy and stakeholder mapping through negotiation, execution, and post-renewal success planning, always focused on customer satisfaction, long-term retention, and sustainable growth.
