Job description
About the role: What's in the Box Every day, a defined set of rules decides what every new HelloFresh customer sees: a unique mix of delivery days, prices and recommended selections. Your job, should you choose to accept it, is to keep that rule-set correct in a constantly moving environment: configuring it, checking it daily, documenting it, and fixing exceptions before a misconfiguration reaches a customer or a warehouse. You'll join Demand Steering , the team within Network Operations Europe that shapes those offerings so they add up to a plan our warehouses and logistics partners can actually execute. That means balancing what customers want against the real constraints of the journey from click to delivery: every box still has to be produced in a shift at a production facility and delivered by a van on a route.
