Job description
About this role As Ashby’s first Demo Engineer, you’ll own the systems that make our demo environments reliable, current, and tailored — the infrastructure the entire go-to-market team leans on to show Ashby at its best. Today, AEs and SEs maintain and configure their own demo accounts by hand. That doesn’t scale: reps lose selling time, demos drift out of date, and every new product release widens the gap between what Ashby can do and what we can actually show live. Your job is to close that gap. This is a net-new role. Right now, the work is split between ad hoc effort and a new set of disposable demo templates the Internal Platform team is building. You’ll own the layer on top of that foundation — customizing and extending those templates, generating realistic demo data, tailoring environments for specific verticals and new markets, and making sure every feature is demoable before it
