Experience Required: Strong experience in Evaluation & Management (E/M) coding Expertise in Surgery coding across multiple specialties Hands-on experience with Emergency Department (ED) coding Knowledge of Multispecialty professional coding Typically 8+ years of medical coding experience with team leadership exposure Key Responsibilities: Manage and mentor coding teams handling E/M, Surgery, ED, and Multispecialty accounts. Ensure coding accuracy, productivity, and compliance with CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, and payer guidelines. Conduct quality audits and provide feedback to coders. Analyze coding trends, denials, and revenue cycle impacts. Support client communications and operational reviews. Implement process improvements and training initiatives.
