Job Description: Deputy Manager (Lead – HSE) Project: Floating Solar Project – Kadana Department: Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Position Title: Deputy Manager – Lead HSE Work Location: Kadana Project Site (On-site) Reporting To: Project Director / Corporate HSE Head Team Size: 4–8 HSE Engineers/Officers (depending on project phase) Employment Type: Full-time Role Purpose Lead the full-spectrum HSE function for the Floating Solar Project at Kadana. Responsible for developing and implementing project-wide safety strategies, ensuring end-to-end compliance, and building a strong safety culture across all contractors and stakeholders. The role ensures Zero Harm , risk mitigation, and operational discipline during construction, installation, anchoring/mooring, electrical works over water, and commissioning of the floating solar plant.
