Job Purpose
The primary purpose of this role is to seamlessly integrate architectural, structural, and MEP designs for large-scale, high-end real estate developments (such as luxury 5-star hospitality, mixed-use commercial projects, retail spaces, and convention centers). for driving the end-to-end project lifecycle—from conceptual planning through to site execution, commissioning, and final project handover. risk mitigation, and cross-functional coordination, the role ensures the delivery of sustainable, energy-efficient, and aesthetically excellent projects on time and within budget.
The incumbent will act as the central anchor ensuring that all consultant deliverables, technical governance standards, and engineering solutions align precisely with business objectives, budgetary targets, local regulatory codes, and rigorous quality frameworks
