Location: This position may be performed remotely but requires flexibility and a willingness to travel as needed. Position Summary The Director, Commercial Excellence leads end-to-end operation of the brand’s commercial model, ensuring strategy, workflows, systems, people, and data work together to support effective execution. You will set the standard for how the commercial organization operates, continually monitor and challenge the brand’s operating model and strategic assumptions, make evidence-based recommendations, and partner with senior leaders across Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Trade & Distribution, and Finance to improve results, acting with urgency whenever brand performance is at risk.
