Job description
Talkiatry is seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Director, Commercial Enablement & Onboarding to build and lead our commercial enablement function. You'll support our commercial teams within the Mindshare Referrals program, one of the company's most important growth engines. Your initial focus will be developing onboarding and enablement programs for our rapidly expanding, field-based provider partnerships team, with the opportunity to scale these programs across the broader commercial organization over time. As the first hire in this function, you'll personally own the strategy, design, and delivery of training and ongoing development. You'll assess field capabilities, identify skill gaps, and build targeted programs, playbooks, and resources that accelerate productivity and strengthen performance.
