Job description
About the role Growth is how millions of people find Chime, set up direct deposit, transact every day, unlock all the features and benefits Chime offers, and keep coming back. The Growth Platform is the engine behind it: Web, Paid, Notifications, Incentives, Targeting, Experimentation and Personalization, all used by every Growth team at Chime. We're looking for a Director to lead this org and build what comes next, a platform where AI and ML decide what each member sees, when, and on which channel, and where AI agents design, run and learn from experiments on their own, so Chime learns faster every week. If you've built growth platforms at scale and want to define how they power Chime's hypergrowth in 2027 and beyond, we'd love to talk.
