Job description
Second Front Systems is seeking a Director of Data & Analytics to build and lead our centralized data and analytics function from the ground up. Reporting to the VP of Finance, you will own the full data lifecycle across the company - from systems integration and data architecture through business intelligence, reporting, and analysis. This is a highly hands-on, player-coach role for someone who is excited to create the foundation, not inherit it. Our core systems and tools are in place, and reporting is accurate, but much of it is labor intensive, and our data structure is early in its maturity. You will establish the architecture, processes, governance, and reporting capabilities needed to create a trusted, scalable source of truth across the organization.
