Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state Proven leadership experience in a senior care or long-term care setting Strong supervisory skills including coaching, team development, and conflict resolution Passion for working with individuals with Alzheimer’s and other memory impairments Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards Willingness to work outside regular hours based on business needs Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills across diverse audiences Must be comfortable working with animals and pets Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
