Job description
Waggoner Engineering, Inc. is hiring a Director of Water Resources. The position's functions will be facilitated through project work. The Director of Water Resources is also expected to perform technical tasks on projects. Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience Signing Bonus: You will receive a one-time signing bonus of $10,000 , payable within 30 days of your start date. Clawback Provision: If you voluntarily resign or are terminated for cause within 12 months of your start date, you agree to repay the signing bonus in full. Services Provided in this Discipline Area Services provided in this discipline include (but may not be limited to) planning, design, and construction administration of: Roadway Drainage Systems Design (LA DOTD required) Stormwater Management Detention / Retention Pond and Outfall Design & Analysis Bridge Hydraulics and Scour
