People Business Partners combine a strong understanding of the business with sound judgment, data, and People expertise to help leaders build effective organizations and maintain a high-performing culture. Datadog is seeking a global Director, People Business Partner to lead People support for our G&A organizations. This role will manage a team of People Business Partners and serve as a key partner to senior leaders across G&A. You will help leaders understand and address their organizational and talent needs, make informed people decisions, and build teams that can scale with the business.
