Job description
At Teamworks, we build the operating system for elite sports organizations, from D1 college football programs to professional franchises across the NFL, NBA, MLB, and NHL. Our Coaching and Personnel products sit at the heart of how teams identify, develop, and manage talent, and right now we're at an inflection point. Several acquisitions have put us in position to build something no one else in this market can: a unified, AI-first platform that connects coaching workflows, talent acquisition, and on-field performance analytics into a single operating layer for elite sports. We’re hiring a Director of Product to own this product line. This person will lead a team of PMs and product leaders across our Football and Hockey products, own the roadmap for Coaching, Player Personnel, Recruiting, and AI in those two sports, and be a driver of innovation across our customers, partners, and league
