ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking a strategic, highly data-driven Director of Global Growth Marketing & Sales Enablement to serve as a key leader for our Ads business. This individual will own growth marketing strategy and execution while leading the ads insights, measurement, and analytics function. The role is responsible for translating complex advertising performance data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive revenue growth with advertisers and improve campaign effectiveness. You will work closely with sales, product, engineering, and the Head of Global Advertising to scale our advertising platform, strengthen advertiser relationships, and build best-in-class enablement programs.
