We own paid acquisition, organic and SEO, lifecycle marketing, events and field marketing, partner marketing, and marketing operations. We carry a number: SQL ARR, bookings, and self-serve activations. Every function on the team is accountable to it. We run lean. We pair small teams with AI and automation instead of scaling headcount. Our marketing ops team uses Claude, Clay, and custom integrations to do work that used to require twice as many people. VTS is looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to be the core driver of our unified GTM motion, working in close partnership with Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. You've built a growth motion from the ground up before, and you know how to set direction while staying close enough to the work to execute it yourself. You'll own the integrated campaigns and how we bring them to market, translating that into what goes out through our own marketing channels (owned and paid).
