Job Overview Under the general guidance and direction of the Reception Manager or designate, and within the limits of the company’s policies and procedures, the Door Manager is responsible for controlling access to the restaurant based on specific criteria such as dress code, age limits, and available capacity in outlet. Responsibilities and Duties General: Adopt an appropriate attire that reflects the company brand image Comply with the company’s code of conduct and ethics Promote the company’s vision, values and model desired behaviors Perform tasks as directed in the pursuit of the achievement of business goals Offer highest levels of Service Experience and eye for details, exceeding guests’ expectations Operations: Greet guests upon arrival and assess their character and personality from their outer appearance Handle the guests flow at the outlet door Decide whether a guest is allowe
