Role Overview The Compliance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring complete and timely statutory, regulatory and operational compliance at the fertilizer manufacturing facility in Pune. The role will involve managing requirements under the Factories Act and applicable Maharashtra rules, MPCB requirements, statutory licenses and registrations, employee safety requirements, contractual compliances and other applicable laws . The position will act as the key coordination point between Plant Operations, Production, Quality, SCM, EHS, Legal, HR, Finance, external consultants and government authorities to ensure that all compliances are identified, implemented, documented and renewed within prescribed timelines.
