US Citizenship required due to program security requirements Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance; active clearance preferred Familiarity with the DoD acquisition lifecycle, particularly for Missile Defense Agency (MDA) and other Department of Defense (DoD) programs Demonstrated ability to lead electrical engineering teams within a structured product development environment Strong technical communication skills, including presenting complex engineering concepts to internal leadership and government stakeholders Other: Familiarity with MDA MAP and PMAP requirements (preferred) Must be able to travel approximately 10% of the time The good faith base salary range for this role is $162,696 - $261,690 at the time of this posting. Where you fall within the range depends on your experience, skills and location. This range reflects base salary only and does not include benefits or bonus/incentive.
