Job description
Help build a stronger bridge between emergency care and lasting community wellness. Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8a-5p The Emergency Room Enhancement (ERE) Supervisor leads and supports a team of Community Support Specialists (CSS) who help individuals transition from hospital-based emergency care to ongoing community support. This role provides staff supervision, clinical direction, and coordination with hospitals and internal and external providers to promote timely follow-up, continuity of care, and positive outcomes. The ERE Supervisor also guides team performance, supports employee development, and strengthens partnerships that expand access to behavioral health services across the communities we serve.
