Permanent Contract | 37 Hours per Week | 52 Weeks per Year Salary: £31,255 - £32,186 plus performance-related commission of up to 20% - OTE £37,506 - £38,623 Interview date: TBC Do you enjoy building relationships, identifying opportunities and achieving ambitious targets? We're looking for a motivated and proactive professional to join our Employer Engagement team. This is a varied role focused on developing partnerships with local employers, promoting apprenticeships and training opportunities, and supporting businesses to recruit and develop talent. This isn't a desk-based administrative role. You'll spend your time speaking with employers, identifying workforce needs, generating opportunities and helping people access rewarding careers through apprenticeships and training.
