Job description
Key Responsibilities Support implementation and maintenance of ISO management systems and business excellence frameworks across the organization. Drive continuous improvement projects using structured problem-solving methodologies. Analyze business and operational data using Power BI and other digital tools to generate actionable insights. Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for management review. Coordinate and work closely with Cross Functional Teams (CFTs) to execute improvement initiatives and achieve organizational objectives. Facilitate process mapping, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action implementation. Promote digitalization and automation initiatives to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
