ATHARVA FOUNDRIES PVT. LTD .is a leading producer of high-quality S.G. Iron castings, committed to excellence in production, quality, and safety. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Development Engineer to join our dynamic team and drive new product development and process improvements for SG (Spheroidal Graphite) and Grey Iron castings. Key Responsibilities: · Design new casting components using Furan Sand and/or Green Sand processes, ensuring "First Time Right" designs with minimal tooling or dimensional issues. · Coordinate with the tool room/pattern shop to ensure timely tool and pattern development. · Estimate casting weights accurately and implement design-based cost reductions and yield improvements. · Support production trials and prove-outs, ensuring designs align with customer requirements and manufacturing feasibility. · Analyze casting rejection instances and implem
