Qualification

3–6 years of professional software engineering experience with a strong track record delivering production software as an individual contributor, including full-stack ownership across frontend, backend, APIs, integrations, data, and operational concerns. Proficiency with React and TypeScript for building customer-facing web applications, and proficiency in at least one backend language among Go, Python, or Node.js with willingness to work across the others. Production experience on AWS, including compute (ECS/EKS, Lambda), storage (S3), managed databases (RDS), and messaging services (SQS/SNS, EventBridge). Experience designing scalable APIs, data workflows, batch and asynchronous processing pipelines, and system integrations in a production environment. Strong production troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills using logs, metrics, traces, and data, with the ability to implement durable fixes rather than short-term patches. Solid understanding of secure coding practices, dependency management, authorization models, secrets handling, and CI/CD security hardening.
