Key Responsibilities Installation & Commissioning Lead installation and commissioning of solar panel cleaning robots at site Ensure systems are installed as per drawings, SOPs, and safety standards Conduct trial runs and handover to customers Service & Maintenance Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of robotic systems Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues Ensure maximum uptime of installed systems Field Support & Troubleshooting Handle complex service issues and root cause analysis Support junior service engineers and technicians at site Coordinate with R&D and Production for recurring issues and improvements Customer Coordination Communicate with customers regarding service schedules and issues Provide technical guidance and training to customer personnel Ensure timely closure of service calls Documentation & Reporting Maintain service reports,
