Key Responsibilities · Oversee day-to-day sand plant operations, including sand mixing, reclamation, and distribution processes for high-pressure green sand moulding lines. · Monitor and maintain correct sand quality parameters (moisture content, active clay/bentonite, hardness, etc.) as per process standards to minimize casting defects like sand inclusion and blowholes. · Manage the performance, preventive maintenance (PM), and breakdown maintenance (BD) of all sand plant equipment, such as mixers (e.g., Eirich), bucket elevators, belt conveyors, vibrofeeders, pneumatic co
