Skills & requirements
Qualification
BA or BS Degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience; You have shipped LLM-powered agents or workflows to production that replaced real manual work, with measured outcomes such as hours saved or cost, and you know what makes them reliable: tool use and MCP integrations, multi-step orchestration, human-in-the-loop review, and graceful fallback when the model is wrong; You use evaluations (golden sets, LLM-as-judge scoring, regression checks), observability for cost and failure rates, and brand and compliance guardrails to decide when an agent is ready to replace a human step
