About the role: What's in the Box The Logistics Tribe builds the systems powering end-to-end delivery across North America, Europe and Australia/New Zealand: getting fresh ingredients into our facilities, giving customers the best delivery options the network can support, and tracking every box to the customer's door. Today it is a single engineering team - two staff engineers, a data engineer and seven mid-to-senior engineers - led by the Director of Engineering, owning that software and keeping it running in production. You will join as an Engineering Manager and take line management of the seven. The work is operations-heavy and business-critical, spread across different subdomains. You won't own a fixed backlog in one corner of the domain; the team's scope follows where the business pressure is.
