3+ years of full-cycle Enterprise or upper-mid-market SaaS sales experience, including personal ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder deals. Evidence of meeting or exceeding quota and building pipeline through proactive outbound activity, not only inbound leads. Demonstrated use of MEDDIC/MEDDPICC or a comparable qualification approach, with specific examples of complex deals you owned. Executive communication and consultative discovery skills, with the ability to translate customer needs into a clear business case. Strong judgment, forecasting discipline, collaboration, and accountability in a fast-changing environment. Location: Ireland is currently listed as the approved hiring location; the territory is DACH. Confirm location/hub and travel expectations before posting.
