HVAC Outside Sales Representative / Comfort Advisor Sila Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric | King of Prussia, PA Break Into Sales. Build Your Career. Sila is looking for someone hungry to get into sales and willing to earn their opportunity. This is an entry-level HVAC sales role with an estimated first-year income of $70,000–$90,000 on a draw + commission structure. You do not need HVAC experience. We’re more interested in your drive, ability to connect with people, willingness to learn, and motivation to improve. Sales experience is preferred, but we’re also open to candidates from customer service, hospitality, retail, automotive, or other service-focused environments.
