Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Destination Event Coordinator to assist with planning and coordinating events in various locations. This role focuses on managing event logistics, organizing travel-related details, and ensuring all arrangements are aligned for a smooth and successful experience. This is a fully remote position ideal for individuals who enjoy coordinating details, managing timelines, and supporting event planning in a structured, client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with coordinating destination-based event details and logistics
  • Support scheduling, timelines, and travel-related arrangements for events
  • Communicate with clients to gather information and confirm plans
  • Review and verify all details for accuracy and completeness
  • Provide updates, confirmations, and follow-ups in a timely manner
  • Maintain organized records of event plans and coordination activities
