Job description

About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Estimator to lead creation of estimations and bids for commercial tenant improvement projects. You will be responsible for all estimations and bids, working closely with the Business Development Manager and Project Management teams to ensure all bids and estimates are done to a high level accuracy and clarity, and aligned with company project goals. Responsibilities • Lead all estimating and preconstruction activities for commercial tenant improvements • Prepare, review, and oversee bids for potential projects, assessing risk and value, and finalizing tender submissions • Identify opportunities through public tenders, support with prospecting new projects • Work with clients and consultants to ensure bids and comprehensive and done to a high level of clarity • Develop preliminary project schedules and budget forecasts • Collaborate with
