Role Overview We are seeking a polished, highly capable Executive Assistant to serve as the right-hand partner to our founder within a highly regulated financial services environment (FINRA, SEC). This is not a traditional support role. You will be a trusted extension of leadership, managing complex priorities, interacting directly with ultra-high-net-worth clients, and helping drive the business forward. For the right person, this position offers a clear growth path into a Chief of Staff role.
